A brutal murder took place in the city of Shirvan, the press service of the city prosecutor’s office reports.
As Haqqin.az said in the department, on Friday, July 29, information was received about the murder of a resident of the city of Shirvan 28-year-old Kamaly Ganbarova.
The preliminary investigations revealed reasonable suspicions that the victim’s husband, 30-year-old Jamaleddin Ganbarov, during the conflict arising between them on the basis of personal relations deliberately killed his wife, causing her numerous wounds with a knife in front of their minor son.
On this fact, a criminal case has been instituted in the Prosecutor’s Office of the city of Shirvan under article 120.2.4 (murder with particular cruelty or a generally hazardous way) of the Criminal Code.
Jamaleddin Ganbarov was detained as a suspect and involved in the investigation. The investigation in the case continues.
