Simonyan replied to this that “in this situation, such a meeting is extremely difficult to organize,” and there is no discussion of the issue either. “
Minasyan in response suggested that the meeting call online in order to “demonstrate to the international community that Armenia is fulfilling the obligations.” Simonyan agreed, but said that representatives of the separatists should agree.
