In the first six months of the current year, oil -hearted production in Azerbaijan amounted to 15.2 million tons, export – 12.7 million tons. This was written by the Minister of Energy of Azerbaijan Parviz Shakhbazov on Wednesday on Twitter.
According to the minister, in January-June 2023, 12 billion cubic meters of gas were exported from Azerbaijan, which is 7.5 percent more than a year ago.
During the reporting period, 5.7 billion cubic meters were exported to Europe, 5 billion cubic meters in Turkey, 1.3 billion cubic meters of gas in Georgia.
During the same period, 2.8 billion cubic meters of gas was transported to Turkey along the Transanatolian pipeline (Tanap).
