SOCAR AQS creates for graduates career growth

SOCAR AQS internships for 2022 is successfully completed. Students of the graduation course of the Baku State University, Azerbaijan State University, the French-Azerbaijan University and Azerbaijan State University of Oil and Industry took part in the program to gain experience and build a successful career.

Eight interns successfully completed the program, gaining new knowledge and skills in the field of procurement and management of supplies, geology and underground work, as well as drilling.

Upon completion of the program, Hamzat Khudulov and Gunduz Mahmudov, who took the opportunity to gain experience in the field of drilling technology, emphasized that Socar AQS provided them with practical work skills, technical knowledge and that they gained valuable knowledge from the certified engineers of the company in accordance with international standards and the values ​​of the company. Direct control and support provided by managers and mentors for the development of interns played an important role in their specialization in this profession. After both trainees successfully completed the program, Khamzat Khubulov decided to continue their education, and Gunduz Makhmudov began his career as a junior drill engineer, joining the Socar AQS family.

Rovshan Aleskerov, Amir Aliyev and Togrul Babaev, who joined the internship program in the geology and underground work department, shared with us their opinions that the knowledge acquired by Socar AQS will allow them to make more realistic and reasonable decisions regarding their own regarding their Careers, and that this is the best opportunity to get experience in the leading company of the drilling industry. Amir Aliyev and Togrul Babaev, who successfully completed the internship program, decided to continue their studies, and Rovshan Aleskerov joined the Socar AQS team and continues his professional activity as a practitioner.

Ilkin Safarli, Gunel Zeynallah and Son Ganbarov, who passed the internship in the procurement and management department of supplies, said that the Socar AQS contribution to the practical efficient use of theoretical knowledge and the proper management of projects are invaluable. Ilkin Safarli, who successfully completed the program, joined the team of procurement and supply chains to start his future career.

SOCAR AQS CEO Samir Mollaev met with interns, congratulated them on the completion of the program and wished them success in further activities. Samir Mollaev noted that Socar AQS has always created new opportunities for young people and will support them in their actions aimed at gaining experience and building a career.
