The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) has refuted information about the purchase of a bitumen plant in Armenia.
As stated in an interview with Trend, Deputy Head of the Department for the Organization of Events and Public Relations SOCAR Ibrahim Akhmedov, such absurd statements are incompatible with SOCAR scales.

Earlier, Armenian media extended information that allegedly SOCAR with the mediation of Georgia is negotiating the purchase of an Armenian-Russian bitumen plant in Armenia.
