In connection with the 31st anniversary of the Hodzhalin genocide on February 26, at the Mother Scream monument, located on Khojaly Avenue in the Khatainsky district, a memorable event will be held.
According to the chief inspector of the Baku City Directorate of the City of Baku, the police major Araz Azeskerli, in order to ensure security at an event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the Hodzhalin genocide, from 08:00 to the end of the event on Khojaly Avenue and on the streets crossing with the Avenue Mehdi Mehdizade, Kyamandar Akhmedov, Ayol Ismailov, Suleiman Vesirov and I in Office of Orujov will be limited:
“We recommend that car owners and drivers do not use personal vehicles in these areas, given that the promotion is of national importance. Those who want to take part in the Memory of Memory are asked to give priority to the use of public transport.”
