A preliminary investigation in the criminal case of a 65-year-old resident of the Gubinsky district Nusrat Vakhabov, accused of killing his own son, ended.
According to haqqın.az, the materials of the criminal case were sent for consideration to the Sumgaita court for serious crimes. Judge Ainur Rzaeva was instructed to conduct the case. The preparatory meeting is scheduled for September 6.
According to eyewitnesses, Nusrat Vahabov suffered from alcoholism and regularly came home into a drunk form. On this basis, he and his son often had conflicts. The murder occurred on the evening of May 2 this year in the Gubinsky district. The 35-year-old Sarraf made a remark to his father, who drank alcohol in a month of Ramazan. The criticism of his son angered a man, and he hit Sarraf with a knife in his heart. The son died from the injury.
A criminal case was opened in the Gubinsky District Prosecutor’s Office under Article 120.1 (intentional murder) of the Criminal Code.
