The head of the Communications Department of the Turkish Presidential Administration, Burhanettin Duran, said that South Korean President Lee Jae-myung will pay a state visit to Turkey on November 24-25.
In his publication on the social network NSosyal, Duran shared the following information:
“The President of the Republic of Korea Lee Jae-myung, at the invitation of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, will pay a state visit to Turkey on November 24-25. This visit at the level of the head of state from the Republic of Korea, our strategic partner, will further strengthen the strong ties and friendly relations between our countries established after the Korean War.”
During the negotiations, which will take place on November 24 at the Presidential Residence, all aspects of bilateral relations will be considered, as well as measures to further develop cooperation in the fields of energy, defense industry, transport, infrastructure, high technology, culture and tourism will be discussed. During the visit, it is also planned to exchange views on current regional and global issues and sign various documents that will strengthen the contractual basis of bilateral cooperation.
