A special representative of the European Union in the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toyvo Claar again arrived in the region of the South Caucasus.

“I returned to the region for a series of consultations based on the results of the meetings of leaders in Munich. Start with Yerevan. Wait for good meetings in the morning,” wrote Claar.
