Shiite theologian Ilgar Ibrahimogol was released from the State Security Service (SGB) of Azerbaijan after interrogation as a witness.

According to Turan, he himself reported on this on Facebook.

“Currently I am free. I was taken from the house (in the evening of October 19). For a few hours I was interrogated as a witness. I answered the issues of interest to employees of the SGB. There were extensive discussions. Throughout the time staying in The SGB was very professional, correct appeal. Since all the questions addressed to me were given answers, I was released, “said Ibrahimoglu.

At the same time, Ibrahimoglu noted that within a few days he will not have access to the phone and therefore asked not to contact him on telephone communication and through social networks.

At the same time, he did not specify what criminal case it was interrogated.

Ibrahimoglu also did not say whether it will be again summoned for interrogation.

SGB did not distribute messages about the interrogation of Ibrahimoglu.

Detention and interrogation of Ibrahimoglu occurred against the background of aggravating Azerbaijani-Iranian relations.
