It is noted that the state takes important measures to ensure sustainable resettlement of forced immigrants and turn the liberated territories into the most prosperous areas. Territories are cleaned of mines, communication lines are restored, modern infrastructure is created. A few days ago, President Ilham Aliyev and the first Lady Mehriban Aliyev took part in the opening ceremony of the first phase of the Smart Selo project in the Zangilan district. The resettlement of residents of the village will begin in the coming days.
The appeals of citizens participating in the reception were mainly related to improving housing and communal services, utilities, status, one-time monthly allowance, employment, returning to the liberated territories and other issues.
At the reception of the chairman of the committee, the majority of forced immigrants were heard and registered in the prescribed manner. They were told that the raised issues would be investigated and resolved in accordance with the law.
