State Department answered Henry Kissinger

“The American administration believes that Kyiv itself must outline its tasks in relation to the end of the war in Ukraine.” This was announced at a briefing for journalists by the head of the press service of the State Department of Ned Price, commenting on the appeal of ex-headed Henry Kissinger to ensure the neutral status of Ukraine and concessions from Kyiv.

“Our task is to support Ukrainian partners, to ensure that their position at the negotiating table is as strong as possible,” TASS quotes.

At the same time, he recalled that the Law on the appropriation of more than 40 billion dollars was adopted the other day to continue assisting Ukraine.

“Therefore, Washington can now expand military, economic and humanitarian assistance to Kyiv. The United States will also continue to tighten the regime of sanctions against Russia in the event of a continuation of the war,” he said.

Recall that earlier Kissinger expressed the opinion that the consolidation of neutral status and its transformation into a kind of bridge between Russia and Europe is the main goal in this situation. In addition, he spoke out for Ukraine to go to the territorial concessions of Russia.
