So he commented on the Decree of the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, who prohibits negotiations with the Russian Federation, while Vladimir Putin heads it.
“Changing the regime is not our goal and not the purpose of our Ukrainian partners,” said Price during a briefing.
According to him, Washington’s goal is the completion of the fighting “fair world, based on the UN Charter, taking into account the principles of sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.”
