The state of the ex-head of the executive authority of the Bilyasvar district of Makhir Guliyev, who has infected with coronavirus, remains heavy. It is connected to an extracorporeal membrane oxygenation unit (ECMO). This was reported in the Central Customs Hospital
According to the message, Guliyev has already been connected to the ECMO apparatus, its condition remains heavy.
Makhir Guliyev was detained by state security officers in April last year. He was charged under articles 179 (assignment and waste), 308.1 (abuse of official powers), 311.3.2. (Re-obtaining bribes) and 313 (official forge) of the Criminal Code of Azerbaijan. The preliminary investigation is completed, for further consideration, the case is sent to the Lenkoran court for grave crimes.
