The prosecutor’s office conducted an investigation in connection with the assignment of state property by an official of Nakhchyansky railways LLC.
During the investigation, serious suspicions were revealed that the former employee of the LLC whose shares belong to the state, Ramin Mirzoev, using his official position, appropriated a significant amount of state property.
In this regard, in the prosecutor’s office of the Nakhchyanskaya AR, on the basis of the evidence collected evidence, Ramin Mirzoev was charged under Articles 179.2.3 (assignment using official position), 179.2.4 (assignment with causing significant damage) of the Criminal Code.
A preliminary investigation is currently being conducted.
