NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said it is dangerous to underestimate Russia, reports Reuters.
“We have no signs that President Putin has changed his plans and goals in Ukraine. Therefore, it is dangerous to underestimate Russia,” Stoltenberg said.
NATO Secretary General emphasized that the alliance needs more soldiers, ammunition and weapons.
