The State Maritime Agency of Azerbaijan has disseminated information in connection with the weather conditions.
According to the press service of the department, the National Center of the Agency received information about the deteriorating weather from the Bureau of Hydrometeorological Forecasts of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.
It is noted that on March 7, in the water area of the Caspian Sea, an increase in the northwest wind is expected to 19-24 m / s, in gusts up to 27-32 m / s, and in the open sea – up to 35-37 m / s. It is predicted that the wave height will be 2 – 4 meters, and in the future will reach 5.5 – 7.5 meters.
