In Azerbaijan on Sunday, on May 3, a panel discussion on the topic “Unity of the language, unity of business, unity of thought: the future of the Turkic world.”

According to the Delion of Relations under the Administration of the President of Turkey, the name of the panel discussion is inspired by the motto of the outstanding Crimean Tatar enlightener Ismail Gasprinsky, who played a key role in the formation of a common Turkic identity.
The event will be held in the center of Heydar Aliyev in Baku – the city where the first Turkological congress was held in 1926, which laid the foundation for the scientific and cultural dialogue of the Turkic -speaking peoples.
Participants in the discussion, including representatives of member countries and observers of OTG, will focus on the formation of a general idea, a general future and collective consciousness of actions. The discussion will take place in the context of strengthening economic, political and cultural cooperation within the Turkic world.
The event will be attended by representatives of state structures, private sector, civil society and analytical centers, as well as scientists and students interested in the history and future of the Turkic world.
The program also planned a concert of the famous conductor and pianist Turan Manafzade.
