The armed man who seized the mansion in the village of Sherwood near Moscow and fired from the police, was eliminated. This was reported to TASS in law enforcement agencies.
“The armed man was eliminated during the assault,” said the interlocutor of the agency.
The police confirmed that he was neutralized. “Since the citizen did not respond to the legitimate requirements of the police, ignored the calls to surrender, took shots towards law enforcement officers, a decision was made to conduct a force detention, during which table weapons and special funds were used. As a result of the measures taken, the offender was neutralized,” said Tatyana Petrova, head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Moscow Region.
According to law enforcement officers, the attacker was an attacked 36-year-old visiting one from the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
