Azercell Telecom has been implementing a special anti -corruption program for several years, which provides for the help of preventing corruption in all areas of the company, ethical behavior, teaching employees for this purpose. The requirements of the standards include the application of financial and non -financial control, the creation of channels for informing about cases of corruption, investigation of cases of violations, checking the compliance of cooperating business entities, taking measures to reduce the risk of corruption in these subjects, etc.
ISO 37001 standards were published by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) in 2016 and are the only worldly recognized standard in the field of corruption.
A certificate of conformity was awarded to the director of the Department of Legislation, Ethics and Compliance Azercell Shirin Aliyeva. S. Aliyeva noted a high assessment of the level of activity of the company in matters of corruption by international experts during the recruitment process, emphasizing that Azercell has become the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan to this certificate.
