Sudan authorities partially opened airspace

Civil Aviation Office of Sudan announced a partial opening of airspace in the east of the country.

The department noted that the Port Sudan International Airport in the Provinch of the Red Sea is open for civil flights from August 15.

In Sudan, since April 15, clashes between the army and the quick response forces (SBR) have been continuing. The airspace of the country was closed for flights, with the exception of flights for evacuation and delivery of humanitarian aid.
