February 20 at about 10 pm on the territory of the 17th microdistrict of Sumgait, two passengers of the Khazar brand taxi threatened the driver, a resident of the city of M. Gumbatov, took away 215 manats, a mobile phone and hijacked a car.
As a result of operational events, police officers were detained by residents of the city of Aishat Tagiev and previously convicted Ramin Shalbuzov.
