Parliamentary elections in Armenia were held in accordance with the Constitution and the Electoral Code, Deputy Chairman of the CIS Executive Committee, head of the CIS Executive Committee in Armenia Ilkhom Namatov, said at a press conference.
“The voting procedure was held in accordance with the requirements of the Electoral Code. Observers did not record any major violations that could have an impact on the results of the elections. Election commissions of all levels with the assistance of the authorities provided the elections at a high level,” said Nonatites.
