Switzerland has joined the seventh package of European Union sanctions against Russia, the Swiss government – Federal Council.
“New measures primarily relate to the ban on the purchase, import or transportation of gold and products from Russia. Services related to these goods are also prohibited. Assets of the largest Russian bank Sberbank are now frozen, and it is forbidden to provide funds and economic Resources or technical services, ”the statement said.
