Syrian Human Rights Network: Militants Of RSC/YPG Detained 47 Civilians In Deir Ez-Zor And Racca

The YPG terrorist organization (Syrian wing of the RSC) detained 47 civilians, including a woman and an employee of a humanitarian organization, in the territories controlled by her in the Syrian provinces of Deir ez-Zor and Rakka. This is stated in the report of the Syrian Human Rights Network (SNHR) for the period from May 1 to 25.

According to SNHR, in rural areas of Rakki and Deir-EZ-Zora, raids conducted by the Red Army Terrorists/YPG.

It is noted that raids have passed in the settlements of Shekhil, Ziban, Hevaja, Abu Nenel and Hajin in the province of Deir ez-Zor, Sebha, Shenan, Ratla and Keram in rural areas of the Rakka province and in some quarters of the city of Rakka.

According to SNHR, some of the detainees were persecuted for criticizing a policy pursued by a terrorist organization in these regions. Some were taken hostage in an attempt to force former members of the organization to return to its ranks.

Among the detainees – one woman and employee of the humanitarian organization.

SNHR emphasizes that such actions are a gross violation of international human rights.
