Tajikistan accepted two aircraft from Afghanistan, according to the Asia-Plus portal with reference to the Tajik Foreign Ministry.
The ministry denied previously widespread information that 18 sides flew to the country.
“just two aircraft from Afghanistan landed in Tajikistan and flew back, passengers remained,” stressed in the information Foreign Ministry department.
It is known that the plane arrived in Tajikistan, on board which was more than 100 Afghan servicemen. “We received SOS signals, after which, in accordance with the international obligations of the country, it was decided to allow the Afghan military to land at the airport of the city of Bochtar,” they told in the Department of Foreign Ministry.
