Tajikistan and the United Arab Emirates signed a strategic agreement on cooperation in the field of artificial intelligence, opening up new opportunities for research, innovation and implementation of advanced technologies. This was reported in the Hovar news agency with reference to the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The document was concluded between the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of Tajikistan and the ABU-Daby Advanced Technology Council. The signing took place as part of the event to launch the National Calu Caluations of the AI and the exhibition of the artificial intelligence industry, which took place under the patronage of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.
The agreement provides for cooperation in such priority areas as large language models (LLM), multimodal systems and the creation of national infrastructure AI.
The partnership was joined by the TII research center, the investment company Venture One, as well as the technological startups ZyPl.Ai and Zehnlab.ai. Joint projects will be aimed at accelerating the development of new solutions and their commercialization, which is expected to strengthen the positions of Tajikistan in the field of digital technology.
