Taliban in Panjscher killed the elder brother of the former vice-president of Afghanistan Amrulla Saleh – Ruholla Azizi, reported Aamaj News edition with reference to local sources.
According to information, Azizi was detained and shot dead in the county of Roha.
also reported that Azizi tried to leave Panjshera to Kabul, but was identified and tortured by the Taliban.
