The militants of the Taliban captured the Uzbek island of Aral-Baba on the Amu Dairy opposite Termez, Vesti.uz reports.
According to the report, at first 56 Afghans moved to the island supposedly to collect their licorice. Uzbek border guards after persuasion opened fire. Three Afghans were killed, the same amount was wounded, seven were captured by the border guards of Uzbekistan.
