The forces of the Taliban conducted military exercises using heavy weapons in the Afghan province of Nimrosis on the border with Iran. The Talibar’s news agency “Bakhtar” was informed by the commander of the 3rd battalion in the province of Nimroz Muhammad Nebi Molla Vurur.
According to him, the exercises took place in the Zarang area with the involvement of professional instructors. The purpose of maneuvers involving various types of heavy weapons is to increase the combat readiness of the Taliban forces.
The Taliban came to power in Afghanistan in August 2021, after which clashes with Iranian border guards occur on the Afghan-Iranian border.
