Militants of the Taliban movement surrounded the resistance strength in Panjshether, said the representative of Taliban Zabihulla Mujahid.
“Taliban occupied positions near Panjscher. The enemy is in the siege,” he wrote in Twitter.
The representative of Taliban noted that the militants seek a peaceful settlement situation and are trying to negotiate.
