Taliban was publicly checked over 20 people

Supporters of the Taliban movement publicly chosen with lashes of 23 people, including 9 women, in the provinces of Sari Pul in northern Afghanistan.

This was reported by the Afghan newspaper Hasht-E Subh with reference to local sources.

According to them, the accused were punished in the territory of the football stadium for adultery, premarital ties, treason, escape from home and gambling.

On February 2, the supporters of the Taliban were checked with ladies of 16 inhabitants of the Southern Province of Hilmain. They were accused of theft, adultery and administrative offenses. Each of the accused received from 30 to 39 strokes with lashes.
