Tashkent communique was adopted

At the 26th meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Organization of Economic Cooperation (SEC) in Tashkent, a Tashkent communique was adopted, supporting the normalization of Azerbaijani-Armenian relations was expressed, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan said.

At the meeting, a number of documents regarding the activities of the organization were also adopted. It was noted that in the Tashkent communique, taken as the final document of the meeting of the Council of Ministers, measures are welcome to establish transport and communication communications from the East-Zangesur economic district of Azerbaijan to the Nakhchyansky Autonomous Republic, in accordance with tripartite agreements signed between the leaders of Azerbaijan, Armenia and Russia , as well as work for tripartite platforms, implemented by Azerbaijan with Turkey, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan.

, in the framework of the communique, support was also expressed to settle interstate relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia on the basis of mutual recognition and respect for territorial integrity and sovereignty.
