The Bahrain Ministry of Internal Affairs announced on Monday on November 22 on arrest of the group of militants who planned terrorist attacks in the country, reports Radiofarda.

In the statement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Bahrain states that the detainees were associated with “terrorist groups in Iran” and planned explosions against the security and stability of Bahrain citizens.
The exact number of detainees and seized weapons is not reported.
We note, Bahrain in recent years has repeatedly accused Iran in attempts to overthrow the Sunni government of the Schiite minority. Iran denies these accusations.
