In Vienna, the second meeting of the Special Representatives of Turkey and Armenia – Serdar Kylychach and Ruben Rubinian was held, the press service of the Armenian Foreign Ministry reports.
According to the report, diplomats confirmed that the ultimate goal of the negotiations is a complete normalization of relations between the two countries.
It is noted that the parties exchanged views on the specific steps to solve the specified task, confirming their consent to continue the process without preconditions.
