Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia – Jaikhun Bayramov and Sergey Lavrov spend a meeting in Minsk
According to Interfax, Sergey Lavrov suggested Jacuan Bayramov to discuss bilateral and regional questions.
“It is good that there is an opportunity on the fields of the Council Foreign Ministry of the CIS Foreign Ministry to communicate on bilateral ours, on regional issues.
