The ex-employee of the First Channel, Marina Ovsyannikova, is searched, Russian media reported.
According to the lawyer Ovsyannikova Dmitry Gravitov, a criminal case was instituted against her on the dissemination of knowingly false information about the actions of the Armed Forces of Russia (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He noted that they “broke into the house” to the journalist, without waiting for his arrival.
Ovsyannikov was already fined twice under an article on the discrediting of the Armed Forces of Russia (part 1 of article 20.3.3. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation). The first time a journalist was scheduled for 50 thousand rubles. In August, under the same article, she was fined another 40 thousand rubles.
