In Vienna, the third meeting of special representatives of Turkey and Armenia was held on the normalization process, the ambassador of Serdar Kylych and the vice-speaker of the Armenia Parliament Ruben Rubinyan, TRT Haber reports.
Earlier, the parties met in Moscow and Vienna. Foreign Ministers of the two countries also gathered in the fields of the diplomatic forum in Antalya.
