Germany’s authorities are working on a complete and irrevocable rejection of Russian energy resources, said US Foreign Minister Annalena Bergok during a visit to Ukraine.
“We reduce our dependence on Russian energy to zero with all the consequences. And this is forever,” said Bergok, adding that there can be no agreements with the Russian Federation behind the back of Ukraine.
In addition, Berobok promised Kyiv to support the European Union, emphasizing that “no shortest path” is impossible here. According to her, the European Union itself needs reforms for admission to its ranks of Ukraine.
