The Togg Turkish brand has taken a leading position in the electric vehicle in Turkey according to the results of the first half of 2025.
According to data collected by the Anadol, based on the report of the Association of Distributors and Mobility (ODMD), in January-June, 17101 electric car of the TOGG brand was sold in the country, which provided the company with a 20 percent share in the market.
According to the same report, the total sales of cars and light commercial cars in Turkey in the first six months of the year increased by 5.2% compared to the same period of 2024 and amounted to 607977 units.
Of these, 488003 were on cars (growth of 5.4%), and 119974 – for light commercial (growth of 4.3%).

In the first half of 2025, the sales of fully electric cars in Turkey increased by 138.4% compared to the same period last year and reached 84956 units.
The share of electric vehicles in the total sales increased from 9.1% to 27.4%. The share of hybrid cars also increased – from 12.4% to 24%.
Given electric vehicles, hybrids and models with an increased margin, cars with an electric engine accounted for 44.6% of the total car market.
– Togg T10x has retained leadership
According to ODMD, Togg continues to strengthen positions in the segment of fully electric cars.
In the first six months of 2025, 17101 T10X cars were sold, which is almost 4800 more than that of the closest competitor. Thus, TOGG occupied 20% of the market. For comparison, in the first half of last year 13021 units of this model were sold.

In terms of sales among brands in second place after Togg, Tesla with 12320 cars was followed, followed by BYD (10401), Kia (5539) and Mini (5521).
The leadership of the leaders were: Togg T10x, Tesla Model Y, Mini Countryman, Kia Ev3 and Byd Atto 3.
– Sales in June
In June 2025, 25828 of fully electric cars were sold in Turkey. The leader at the end of the month was Tesla with 7235 sales.
In second place – byd (3361), in the third – Togg (3098). The fourth and fifth line was taken respectively by Citroën (2469) and Peugeot (1174).
