At the same time, the head of state added that the issue of localizing domestic enterprises remains relevant. “The level of localization should be steadily increased, go from simple to complex. There are already such examples, but there are also facts of substitution of concepts due to false localization. This leads to subsidizing imports, which is undesirable.
