The summit was also attended by the President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Tajik Prime Minister Kokhir Rasulzoda, Secretary of State of the Council of People’s Commissars Alexander Volfovich, deputy Secretary General of the CSTO Valery Semerikov. “Speaking to the session participants, the President of Kazakhstan emphasized the need to resolve the conflict exclusively by political and diplomatic paths.
