The special representative of the EU Toyvo Claar will visit Baku on September 14 to hold meetings at a high level, the EU press service said.
September 15, Claar will hold meetings at a high level in Yerevan, said in the EU.
Earlier, the EU Supreme EU Herzepa Borrel said that Claar would visit Azerbaijan and Armenia to support the necessary de -escalation and discuss the following steps as part of a dialogue in Brussels between the leaders of the two countries.
