Transport and communication are among the current areas of the partnership between Turkmenistan and Austria. An example of effective cooperation with Austrian companies was the successful experience of “Liebherr” in the field of supply and service of special equipment.
For a number of years, Turkmenistan has fruitfully interacted with Austrian companies to implement projects to expand the services of maritime transport, mobile communications, satellite systems. Today, 42 cranes of this company are operating on the territory of the International Sea Port of Turkmenbashi.
Turkmenistan is ready for the subject discussion of the development of railway transport, shipbuilding equipment, the efficient use of the transport and logistics capabilities of the Sea Port of the Turkmenbashi, the report said.
