According to haqqın.az, the trial of the judge of the Baku Court for serious crimes, the trial of the defendant, was chaired by the judge of the Baku Court.
The defendant’s lawyer made a motion to close the criminal case and return him to a preliminary investigation. Another petition of the defense was related to the court session in closed mode.
The accused Rzaev also asked to hold a meeting closed.
The representative of the victim Aiten Nasirova Yasar Abdullaev told the court that the common video cameras created a negative opinion about the public. He also asked to conduct an open process.
The court went to the meeting. After the meeting, the judges considered it appropriate to conduct the trial in closed mode.
The court session is scheduled for December 21.
Recall that this summer, this year on social networks began to spread video frames of an intimate nature with the participation of Mirzoev and several fire service employees.
The investigation managed to establish that Mirzoev recorded the events taking place in the room through a webcam on his personal computer.
In his regard, accusations of the spread of pornography, violation of the inviolability of personal life and exceeding official powers were made.
The Ministry of Emergencies and two employees of the ministry are being victims.
