US President Donald Trump said that he provides employees of the immigration and customs service (ICE) “Complete powers” for self -defense in case of attacks. He wrote about this on the social network Truth Social after a visit to Texas, who suffered from a flood.
Trump noted that he witnessed how the “bandits” threw stones into Ice service cars.
“to these completely new cars was caused a huge damage,” he stressed.
According to him, ICE employees who were attacked should immediately leave the cars and detain the attackers.
“I give the immigration and customs police all powers to defend myself in the same way as they protect the public,” Trump said.
He also noted that law enforcement officers are given the authority to “arrest and imprison.”
