Trump Promised To Work With Partners In Middle East To Resolve Crisis In Sudan

The United States will work with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Egypt and other Middle East allies to resolve the crisis in Sudan. US President Donald Trump wrote about this on the Truth Social social network.

Trump noted that, at the request of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, whom he received at the White House, he would pay special attention to the issue of Sudan.

“There are monstrous atrocities happening in Sudan. It has become the most violent place on Earth and, at the same time, the largest humanitarian crisis. Food, doctors and everything else are urgently needed,” the president wrote USA.

According to him, the country is unable to provide even basic humanitarian needs. “Arab leaders from around the world, particularly the highly respected Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, who has just left the United States, have asked me to use the power and influence of the Presidency to bring an immediate end to what is happening in Sudan,” Trump said.

“We will work with Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and other partners in the Middle East to put an end to these atrocities while stabilizing the situation in Sudan,” he promised. Trump.

– Clashes in Sudan and Abuses by the RRF

Sudan has been the scene of intense fighting between the army and the foreign-backed Rapid Reaction Force (RFF) since April 15, 2023.

El Fasher, the largest city in the Darfur region in the west of the country, has largely fallen under the control of the RRF after heavy fighting.

Tens of thousands of residents left the city. Videos published by the SBR show footage of forced evictions of civilians, murder and torture of unarmed people.
