Trump Said Meeting With Ukrainian President At White House Was “very Interesting And Friendly”

US President Donald Trump called the meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart at the White House “very interesting and friendly.” The American leader made a corresponding statement on the social network Truth Social.

“The meeting with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky was very interesting and friendly. But I told him, just as I had previously strongly recommended to President (Russian Federation Vladimir) Putin, that the time has come to stop the killing and make a deal,” Trump wrote.

He noted that enough has been spilled blood, and the borders are determined by war and courage.

“They must stop where they are. Let both (sides) declare victory. Let history be the judge! No more shots fired, no more deaths, no more huge and unaffordable expenses. This is a war that would never have started if I were president. Thousands of people are dying every week – enough is enough! Go home to your families in peace!” Trump.

Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky met with his American counterpart Donald Trump at the White House on Friday, October 17.
