Russian President Vladimir Putin is trying to destroy Ukrainian culture and identity, said US President Joe Biden during a performance before the graduation class of the US Naval Academy, reports The Washington Post.
The American leader, condemning Russian blows on Ukrainian civil infrastructure, noted that Putin “is trying to destroy the culture and identity of the Ukrainian people.”
In addition, Biden noted that Putin entailed the expansion of NATO with his actions, motivating Finland and Sweden to join the alliance.
