Industrial production index in Turkey in March 2024 increased by 4.3 percent compared to the same period of the previous year.
This was reported on Friday by the Institute of Statistics of Turkey (Tüi̇k).
According to Tüi̇k, the index in the production industry increased in the period under consideration by 7.5 percent, the processing industry – 4 percent, production and distribution of electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning – 5.1 percent.
The detachable industrial production index increased by 0.6 percent in annual calculus.
